Kudos to Bill Adkins for our Take Out Day image!

Sailing Through The Winter Solstice Results

Total raised, smashing last year’s effort, was $67,000

Top Fund Raisers:

Best Boat for 2020-2021: Colleen’s Crew from New Era Custom Design and Cabinet, raised $13,684 in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The Largest single donor (in support of Colleens Crew) was an anonymous donation of $5,000.

Second place: Starry Night from Frederick Health Hospital Oncology Services raised $9856 in support of the Heartly House.

Third place: Key To Freedom from Matan raised $5595.50 in support of the Frederick Health Hospice Hospital Veterans Program.

What's Next? The Water Garden

Save The Date! Saturday, April 17th. We will meet from 9 a.m. to noon, at the suspension bridge to begin the process of preparing the water garden. We'll be cleaning, fertilizing, resetting and rearranging the plant stands. If you can spare the time to volunteer that day, please select the button below.

Future Events. Coming up on May 8th, we'll be planting tropicals in the greenhouse - also from 9 a.m. to noon. And we expect to transfer the plants to the creek on June 19th. That day may change, so stay tuned!
