Friends of Carroll Creek Urban Park, Inc. is a non-profit, volunteer-staffed community service organization dedicated to fostering community involvement with the Frederick City Government in the preservation, use and maintenance of Carroll Creek Urban Park.
We are committed to maintaining a safe family atmosphere on the Creek for the enjoyment of all citizens of the City and County, as well as visitors from all over the world. We act as a conduit for ideas and suggestions that get passed on to the appropriate party and very often volunteer our time and talent to implement those ideas.
